I have proudly joined the ranks of "friends" of SaVoa, the Society of Accredited Voice Over Artists. In a September post, I conveyed the visions of this organization:


"The goals of SaVoa are to enhance the voice over profession, encourage education, and support public awareness of the generosity, spirit and professionalism of voice over artists."

Not much has been heard about this organization, yet, but hopes are high as members volunteer their time and treasure to raise awareness.

SaVoa's Plans 

SaVoa plans to move forward with several goals, one of which which includes being a conduit to quality voice over education.  While I am not able to convey most of this fledgling organization's ideas at this point, I can say that the plans are exciting and worthwhile.

We'll be hearing about some promotions  in upcoming weeks,  including discounts to create SaVoa as a resource for recommended voice coaches, workshops, products, equipment, and training materials.
