Another informative blog discovery

Voicebank, the place where your talent agent stores their "house reels" just recently launched their new  Voice Registry blog, containing helpful info regarding the voiceover industry.

It is here where I landed last week and learned some new and refreshing insights, like this intriguing article about  how the SAG Board will vote soon on dissolving the Phase I Agreement, and its joint negotiations with AFTRA, which the two unions have bargained for separate but identical contracts since 1981.

How will the possibilty of a great "schism" affect performers who are members of both unions who will be facing tenuous bargaining this summer for the many of the same proposals as the WGA?

This blog place for the most part, appears to be for those of us who have kicking around  in this business a while.
Think I'll be visiting a lot.
