I found your blog today while researching voiceover equipment.
I see that you built a portable vocal booth of sorts. I've
played with these as well! In fact, when I blogged about it,
I was invited by RealTraps to test-drive their "PVB," which
I subsequently reviewed.

That article, and a voiceover shootout between three
tube microphones (two contemporary and affordable, one
vintage and not affordable!) might be of interest to you
and your blog readers.

This site also houses what I'm hoping will be the
best microphone resource in the world. It's an encyclopedia
of 850 microphones (with more added weekly); it's easy to
list mics by type, such as "large-diaphragm condensers."
